Scott Lux is an executive with over 20 years of experience leading e-commerce, digital strategy, marketing, and analytics from both the brand side and agency perspective. He currently serves as the SVP Customer Experience and Digital Commerce (Consultant) at Alice and Olivia, as an adjunct professor at both Columbia University and Fashion Institute of Technology, and as an advisor. Prior to his current role at Alice and Olivia, Scott developed digital strategies at Theory and Helmut Lang as the Vice President of Ecommerce & Digital. Scott initially began his digital career in Seattle as a VP of Online Product Development for Chase. From there he moved to the Global Digital Agency Possible. While at Possible, he led digital strategy and e-commerce for Faconnable, Entertainment Weekly, Motorola, and REI. After five years with the agency, he moved back to the brand side leading e-commerce and digital initiatives for Kiehls, AmEx, Morgans Hotel Group, and Diesel. He continued his works as an industry leader as Vice President of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing at John Varvatos Enterprises and then Vice President of Ecommerce and Performance Marketing at INTERMIX. Throughout his career, he has designed and implemented solutions around customer acquisition, personalization, campaign management, and membership/loyalty programs designed to deliver an inspiring customer experience.
