I have been in a leadership role for over 30 years and have always worked in high quality sectors of the industires and best in class employers. I started my carrer in the Culinary industry and graduted from the Culinary Institiue of America. I went on to be a Excutive Chef for Hyatt Hotel and later owned my own resturants before joining Whole Foods Market. I was in Three regions over a 10 year span and particpated in design, open and buidling over 35 stores.

I then joined FreshDirect and worked in multiple catagories and was the Chief Merchant my last 4 years during my tenure. I was responsbile for the Merchandise Team, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, B2b and Customer Service. I am currently with Baldor Foods and look forward to helping others gain the knowledge they need to be succesfull.
