Before that, Ricardo was General Merchandising Manager at Urban Outfitters. He has a strong ability to lead a team in translating customer and competitive information, along with fashion and cultural trends, into action that drives growth and profitability. Ricardo has extensive experience at a regional and global scale in organizational transformation, digital innovation, and capability building.
