Pialy Aditya is an investor and operator. She is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of Republic, the investment platform for pre-seed to pre-IPO companies. She worked in venture capital for 5 years before taking on senior operating roles within two publicly traded companies: ShopYourWay (division of Sears Holdings) and Donna Karan (division of LVMH). Pialy is the Founder of Mintbox, a data analytics platform impacting revenue drivers for fashion & beauty retailers. 

She is an active startup investor and advisor. Pialy holds a BS from NYU Stern and a MBA from Harvard.
