After spending a couple years bouncing around the NYC Finance World (including stints in VC & I Banking), Max Bidna realized digital advertising and growth optimization got him closer to the action. Max quickly taught myself Facebook & Google Ads and convinced some of the clients at his old firms to let him run ad campaigns for them. It turned out his way of doing digital advertising delivered much better results than any other agency or in-house team so he quit finance and started an agency helping early stage companies scale on the back of digital ads. To date, his agency has helped more than 80 companies scale and his NYC offices on Madison Avenue have grown to six full-time members.
