Matt Kaden is a Managing Director at MMG Advisors, a leading investment bank for middle-market consumer product, retail and fashion companies. Matt offers executive and strategic advisory expertise in the fashion and retail industries with a particular focus on the confluence of fashion and technology. Prior to joining MMG Advisors in 2016, Matt co-founded and served as Partner of Matter Strategic Advisors, which focused on growth and exit strategies as well as strategic partnerships, including M&A, joint venture and creative licensing. Prior to that, he was a Director at Avalon Net Worth, where he advised consumer product companies on sell-side M&A, strategic partnerships and licensing transactions. Matt's earlier experience includes finance, strategic management and business planning roles at Kellwood Company and Jones Apparel Group. He began his career in the Macy's East Executive Training Program.
