Maryam is a creative problem solver and agile leader with deep expertise in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Creative Leadership.


With an international career spanning the U.S., Mexico, the UK, the Middle East, and Asia, Maryam partners with organizations to design and implement strategic innovation initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. She has successfully collaborated with clients across industries, including consumer goods, retail technology, financial services, higher education, and healthcare.


An accomplished educator, Maryam teaches courses in technological innovation, entrepreneurship, and business administration, preparing future leaders to thrive in a rapidly evolving global economy. She currently teaches at Columbia University, Stevens Institute of Technology, and 2U in partnership with MIT Sloan, and has previously taught at NYU and EGADE Business School.


A frequent speaker at conferences, panel host, podcast guest, and judge at hackathons, Maryam is also a member of the prestigious Forbes Coaches Council, sharing insights on business, leadership, and employee engagement. As a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, she contributes perspectives that shape HBR content on management and leadership.


As the founder of a boutique consultancy in NYC, Maryam helps organizations achieve innovation and growth through tailored consulting, training, and executive coaching. She holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing from New York University and a B.S. in English from the University of Azad in Tehran.

Based in NYC, Maryam enjoys traveling, reading, running, and photography.
