Lorenzo Benazzo is CEO at Clientela Inc, a Retail Tech Innovation platform based in New York City. For the last decade, he has collaborated with global brands and retail executives on large-scale, international digital transformation projects. His company's client portfolio includes Dyson, Cartier, Gucci, Benefit Cosmetics, Diptyque Paris and others.

 

He started his career as an engineer and joined one of the first invite-only social networks in 2004 to run product and sales. After building a large network of CEOs and VPs at global retail brands he was hired by Cartier's CEO to work as an advisor in cutting-edge digital transformation projects. As a consultant, he worked closely with brands from LVMH, Richemont and Kering. In 2010, he co-founded a tech incubator and development agency specialized in retail solutions and built the first Clienteling applications for Gucci, Marc Jacobs and Cartier between 2012 and 2016. In 2017, he and his co-founders launched Clientela, a PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) business. Clientela is considered one of the most cutting edge and innovative retail transformation platforms and its portfolio continues to grow in multiple verticals.

 

As a retail and technology Product expert, Lorenzo mentors entrepreneurs and companies on designing and implementing product/market fit, selling innovation to large companies and building a state-of-the-art consumer experiences that drives acquisition, engagement and sales.
