Before AOK Group, Lexie launched German fintech startup LaterPay in the USA as their Managing Director. Before LaterPay, Lexie founded her own tech startup, Cuurio – a strategic partnerships marketplace that connected large brands with emerging technology. Lexie kicked off her career with a decade of building digital strategy for S&P 500 brands at Omnicom agencies Ketchum & TBWA WorldHealth, followed by Dentsu's 360i and then Gary Vaynerchuk's Vayner Media. Today she serves as a startup adviser, venture partner / scout, accelerator mentor, and board member. She is proud to have helped AOK clients raise over $200M in funding. Lexie lives and works in Manhattan with her daughter, husband, and house plants, and cares deeply about helping female & minority founders get access to capital.
