Joe Cavalcante is a CEO and General Manager in the luxury and retail sectors with strong prowess in merchandising, marketing and sales. With nearly 20 years of total experience, Joe began his career in investment banking and corporate development before transitioning into an operator in the consumer space. He spent 10 years at fine jewelry brand Ippolita where he was promoted to CEO after having grown the brand's revenue by a multiple of 15x and advised its founder on the sale of the business to a private equity firm. Joe has also held senior leadership positions at luxury ready-to-wear brand St. John and fashion jewelry brand gorjana and currently serves as SVP of Marketing & Sales for Temple St. Clair, a NY-based heritage fine jewelry brand. Joe is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with his husband.
