Graziano de Boni Graziano is a highly regarded executive with over 25+ years of senior leadership in the fashion, luxury and retail industry. A forward thinker, Graziano brings deep knowledge on both the sales, marketing and branding side of the business, as well as the operational and financial side. Having managed diverse businesses, both small and big, in a growth trajectory or in need of a turn around, Graziano has always been focused on people, product, the consumer and technology. A builder by nature, he has operated at the crossroad of customer experience and market awareness, leveraging the brand/company culture, history and values. With a vision and passion for early-stage new developments, while CEO of Valentino USA, Graziano launched Valentino.com ecommerce in 2003 in partnership with Yoox, one of the very first luxury brands to embrace the digital world. As CEO of Prada America, he continued this direct-to-consumer vision for the brand. At Armani as its CEO for the Americas, while working on creating a true omnichannel, simplified brand strategy, he applied his early-adopter instinct to introduce new technology. Analytics and the beginning of predictive analytics were set up in support to more insightful decision making. Sales associates were provided with the tech tools needed to communicate and interact with a new generation of consumers. The first social media and digital department was established to address the nascent digital revolution. Since starting his own consulting and advisory practice, Graziano has been involved in diverse industries: technology, fashion, beauty, packaging, logistics, etc. Working directly with founders/owners, senior management or private equity, he has been sharing his entrepreneurial and leadership spirit in support and contribution to their success.
