Dor is a branding and marketing expert with over 25 years of international experience in some of the largest consumer enterprises – P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Carrefour and MasterCard. He is also a growth specialist that has scaled start-up brands to hyper growth. In his last position Dor served as a CMO and head of strategy of Trax Retail, which he helped scale to Unicorn status raising over 1BN$. As of 2023 Dor is a full time Board/Advisory board member in several high performing US based consumer companies.

Dor started his career as an entrpenuer himslef and prides himself in being able to help early stage organisation with rich knolwedge, but without stifiling them. Today he enjoyed Boulder CO with his family and supporting selected brands directly (Bubble Skin Care, Strands Hair Care and more) or as a partner to VC/Family offices. He enjoys focusing on innovation, growth, uptodate marketing models, but as a former CEO can help in many domains.
