Devon Safran has always had a passion for helping businesses transform and adapt in an ever-changing landscape. She is dedicated to helping organizations reimagine their organizations and leadership for a tech-driven future. She began her career in the exclusive executive training program at Ralph Lauren before transitioning into the merchandising office where she helped launch several key digital initiatives. Bitten by the startup bug, she took her retail and business development expertise to Silicon Valley, leading the sales efforts for Prism Skylabs, an AI business intelligence company backed by leading VC Andreessen Horowitz, before joining retail analytics company Upstream Commerce (acquired by Flipkart). Prior to joining Leading Edge Forum, she was VP of Sales for FINDMINE, a machine learning product recommendation tool for retailers. She continues to serve as an advisor to XRC labs, a startup accelerator for the next generation of disruptors in the retail and consumer goods sectors. Devon graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rutgers University. She is an accomplished equestrian, who enjoys spending time on her family's farm with her horses and miniature donkey, Coco.
