David J. Neff has 19 years of creating experiences that impact people's lives. From his work in eCommerce, Marketing, and Digital Strategy with the American Cancer Society, and foundingHelpAttack! Which was one of the first social media fundraising plays for nonprofits, to his work consulting Fortune 500 companies like Southwest Airlines, Hulu, Verizon, Pepsi, Lululemon, Dell, Discover Card, Kingfisher, and Tesco. He currently works as the VP of the data-driven consulting practice at Clearhead (acquired by Accenture Interactive), where he was able to create, market, build a team, scope and sell the first consulting products at the company. He currently works with Fortune 500 brands on their eCommerce strategy and building test and learn culture. He is the author of three books including IGNITE: Setting your Organization's Culture on Fire with Innovation (IdeaPress, 2016).
