Caroline was the director of editorial, video, and social media at Amazon fashion until 2019. Prior to her tenure at Amazon, Palmer spent seven years as the Editor of Vogue.com, working directly with Anna Wintour on translating the brand's business for a new digitally-engaged audience. An inductee to the Digital Hall of Fame, and a three-time Webby Award winner, she also sits on the Foundation Board at FIT and is the chairperson of the fashion department advisory council at University of Delaware. Most recently she was the CMO and Head of Brands of VC-backed fashion start-up Resonance in New York, and she currently advises several start-ups in the fashion and e-commerce space.
