Alexandria Carroll is the Founder and CEO of License to Drift, an early stage leisure travel startup. Alex's career spans over a decade in tech, consumer retail and finance. She has extensive experience in merchandise planning and operations, and has taught in the graduate and undergraduate fashion programs at FIT and Berkeley College, respectively. Alex developed processes to drive sales and profitability with major retail and e-commerce accounts during her time at Global Brands Group and Perry Ellis International. As a Director with planning oversight of the Character Licensing Group, she was selected for Global Brands' G3 Leadership Program and was a trusted partner to senior sales, production and design staff. Prior to her career in retail, she worked in equity research at Goldman Sachs. Alex holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from Stanford University and an MBA with Honors from Wharton.
